Personal Learning Plan

This Personal Learning Plan was created as part of CURR 5018 — Spring 2026 at the University of Louisiana Monroe. It outlines my professional growth goals as an educator, grounded in ISTE Educator Standards. The plan identifies three key goals — becoming a stronger Facilitator, Designer, and Learner — and includes the specific actions, resources, and timeline I will follow to grow in each area. It also includes a reflection on how AI assisted in my planning process and what I learned from that experience.
